SHAWNEE COUNTY HOME SALES REPORT – FEBRUARY MARKET UPDATE

Home sales in Shawnee County rose slightly in February, with 144 homes sold, up 2.1% from 141 sales in February 2024. Total sales volume increased to $31.4 million, a 9.7% gain from a year earlier, reflecting steady buyer interest and market growth.
The median sale price increased to $188,250, up from $181,500 a year ago. On average, homes spent 28 days on the market and sold for 99.3% of their list price, showing a slight shift in market pace and pricing.
ACTIVE LISTINGS UP IN SHAWNEE COUNTY
At the end of February, 154 homes were actively listed in Shawnee County, a slight increase from 153 listings the previous year. This represents a 0.8 months’ supply of available homes.
