Home sales in Shawnee County rose slightly in March, with 175 homes sold—up 2.9% from 170 sales in March 2024. Total sales volume increased to $38.3 million, an 11.2% rise from a year earlier, showing steady buyer activity and growing market strength.
The median sale price climbed to $200,000, up from $175,000 one year ago. On average, homes spent 7 days on the market and sold for 100% of their list price, reflecting a balanced market with competitive offers.
ACTIVE LISTINGS UP IN SHAWNEE COUNTY
At the end of March, 174 homes were actively listed for sale in Shawnee County, up from 132 listings this time last year. This inventory represents a 0.9 months’ supply of homes available to buyers.
